Procedure for procuring Transcript / Verification
Please fill up the online e-Transcript/Verification form by clicking on "Apply New Transcript". Follow these five simple steps to complete your application:
- Profile Detail: Fill in your Registration number, active mobile number, valid email address, etc.
- Academic Detail: Enter details for Graduation, Post-graduation, Ph.D., Diploma, etc.
- Address Detail: Enter the official postal address where you want the sealed documents to be delivered.
- Uploading Documents: Upload your Degrees/DMCs as a single consolidated PDF document. Documents must be scanned from original papers only. Scan and upload Degrees and Detailed Marks Cards (DMCs). Any external verification documents (e.g., WES Form with reference number) must be filled, signed, and integrated into this PDF.
- Fee Payment: Pay the non-refundable fee online. Detailed fee structures are listed below.
Instructions for Uploading Documents
- Ensure that all required documents are uploaded as clear, high-resolution scanned copies (PDF ONLY) at the time of submitting your application.

Important Warning (Punjabi Language DMCs): Candidates possessing Detailed Marks Cards (DMCs) written in the Punjabi language must obtain duplicates in the English language from
collegeadmissions.gndu.ac.in before sending them to WES or any other foreign assessment agency to prevent rejection.

Forwarding Letters: You must upload a forwarding letter (PDF format) from the Central/State Government, or Private Companies applying on your behalf. This is mandatory only if your verification is being carried out for Government/Private sector purposes (new recruitment, promotion, or retirement). Without this, the application will not be processed.

Autonomous Colleges: If your DMCs were not directly issued by Guru Nanak Dev University, you must upload an attested copy of your DMC that is officially stamped and signed by your autonomous college.
Terms and Conditions
All candidates are hereby instructed to strictly adhere to the following procedures regarding the transcript/Verification application:
- It is your responsibility to check your application status daily on the official portal until it reflects the status "Dispatched."
- If any discrepancy is found in your submission, you will be notified via the official email address registered with us, and the discrepancy status will be updated on the portal. You must rectify the issue promptly upon receiving the notification.

Failure to rectify the discrepancy or respond to our notification within three months from the date of fee submission will result in the deactivation of the candidate's transcript/verification.

In next three months the deactivated transcript/verification can be activated by paying a fee of Rs.1500/-. If the candidate does not correct the discrepancy/objection within six months, the candidate's transcript/verification application will be rejected and candidate must submit a fresh transcript/verification application and pay the fee again.
Address & Dispatch Rules
- Recipient Address: The recipient address must belong to a legitimate Indian or Foreign Agency, Consultant, Government/Non-Government Agency, University, Institution, Company, Security Agency, Consulate, or Embassy.
- No Personal Delivery: Sealed envelopes will not be dispatched to your residential/home address after verification.
- Delivery Method: All documents are sent strictly via Speed Post. Applications are typically dispatched within 15 to 20 working days.

Online payment can be processed using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
Note: 18% GST applies strictly to Document Fees. Postal charges are completely exempt/excluded from GST.

Guideline for obtaining Medium of Instruction (MOI) Certificate
To obtain an MOI certificate, please complete the following steps:
- First, obtain a Medium of Instruction certificate from your studied College, University Department, or Campus, duly signed and stamped by the respective Principal or HOD. Submit this physically to the Certificate Section.
- Private Candidates: You must provide an Affidavit attested by an Executive Magistrate and submit your application online through collegeadmissions.gndu.ac.in.
- MOI Fee: ₹708/- (18% GST is already included) + applicable Postal Charges to be deposited exclusively through the Online payment portal.
